Do Your Own Search:

Do a search in your favorite search engine for the company's web site. Tips:

In your search, put quotation marks around the company for an exact match. Example: "flying horse farms"
On the web site, look for "About Us," "News," "Mission & Values" to find out about the company's organizational culture
